Job offer: Principal Education Officer

The Principal Education Officer assigned to a District Education Centre is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight for the district, ensuring alignment with national educational policies and the successful implementation of educational programs in the district. The Principal Education Officer will foster stakeholder engagement, manage Centre staff, facilitate staff professional development, manage educational resources, and oversee monitoring and evaluation processes to enhance educational outcomes. The Principal Education Officer will provide direction on supervision and monitoring of institutions of learning in the district through the implementation of approved education policies and programmes and in accordance with the Education Act, and Education Rules.
