Rick's Cafe - Placencia, Belize

Ricks Café uses all high end ingredients for its’ menu, i.e.: imported olive oils, Italian semolina pastas and all imported cheeses. Our pizza dough is hand kneaded daily and cold risen over night. All our breads are baked on premise or by John the Bakerman. All dressings, sauces and spice rubs are made in our kitchen. All fish is fresh and not frozen. We use imported USDA steaks and the highest quality local meats. Our lettuce mix is hydroponically grown in Belmopan. It all costs a bit more to make, but you will notice the difference.
